Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK, employing over 28,000 staff. What you’ll be responsible for:

  • MDT co-ordinator- will work closely with consultants and other clinical staff on a multi-disciplinary meeting to discuss patients planned care.
  • You will be expected to listen intently to the information being shared and take down information accurately, outcomes will be sent to consultants in a timely manner to allow the patients care to continue without delay.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

  • MDT experience
  • System knowledge – Hive, Data input
  • Minute taking experience
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
