The Executive Mayor’s Office sits at the heart of Croydon Council providing direct support to the elected Mayor, Jason Perry, and his Cabinet to deliver their policy priorities.
The Mayor’s Office Team Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Mayor’s Office team, including the Mayor’s executive support, community engagement and casework functions.
The role will also provide strategic advice and problem-solving support to the executive Mayor, his Cabinet and senior officers to help deliver and communicate the Administration's priorities as set out in the Mayor’s Business Plan.
You will have significant experience working in a political environment and exceptional communication, diplomacy and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
