We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Community Midwifery Matron / Lead for Continuity of Carer.
The Matrons Administrative Assistant will be involved in day-to-day Community Midwifery/Continuity Teams workload and will play a key role in liaison and communication with members of the multidisciplinary team, as well as providing general clerical support to Community Midwifery teams.
The Matrons Administrative Assistant will be involved in day-to-day Community Midwifery/Continuity Teams workload and will play a key role in liaison and communication with members of the multidisciplinary team, as well as providing general clerical support to Community Midwifery/Continuity Teams, working within established procedures and protocols. The post-holder will work flexibly to ensure that the day-to-day business of Community Midwifery/Continuity Teams is supported in a timely and efficient manner. The post-holder will also create Health Roster templates, ensuring that safe staffing levels are maintained, with any gaps or pressures escalated to the Matrons.
