About the role:
West London College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Lecturer with experience of teaching Functional Skills Math, as well as some experience of working with either ESOL or SEND learners.
- You will work on the Government’s new Multiply initiative which is a newly launched strategy to improve mathematical attainment across the country for adults 19 and over.
- You will teach courses in community locations, working with skills and education colleagues across West London College, partner organisations and employers.
- We are looking for an exceptional lecturer with a successful track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning to support our growth.
As a lecturer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and providing them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and supporting of students.
You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College.
Our learners are at the heart of our College and so to motivate and support our learners having a passion for delivering student success and having the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials is essential.
