CC Nurseries Head Office are hiring, we have an exciting opportunity to join our current Finance team in a Accounts Assistant role to work alongside our team in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
This is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, reporting to the Finance Office Manager and Financial Controller.
We are looking to recruit a person who is dynamic and focused on completing all tasks required of them, someone who is flexible and adaptable.
Responsibilities:
Process Financial Transactions: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, using accounting software and spreadsheets.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Assist in Month-End Close: Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial records are up to date.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Experience using SAGE 200 (desirable but not essential)
Team player
- Motivated & Flexible
- A person who can work consistently to deadlines
- AAT qualified, working towards a qualification or similar experience
- 3 years minimum accounts experience

Salary: £27,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
