Role: Brick Layer
Location: Various sites, primarily North/Mid/West Norfolk
Reporting to: Site supervisor/foreman
An excellent opportunity for a Bricklayer with a solid background in on site works, to join a well established construction company who have a strong pipeline of residential projects coming in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable previous experience within the residential and heritage sectors, looking to join a growing company and progress their career.
Role purpose: To provide a rounded and effective bricklayer function. Working within a small team of fellow craftsman/tradesman/site managers to successfully and sympathetically complete construction schemes.
Supported by a team of dedicated office staff and operating throughout the Norfolk region, the role will bolster our service offering to key clients such as the National Trust, local architectural partners, and homeowners.
Role responsibilities:
- Following all site standards, protocols, procedures and requirements to ensure a safe, efficient and professional build, including compliance with all relevant safety and trading regulations.
- Ability to work independently and plan time effectively. Highly energetic and have a passion for teamwork.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Effective communicator.
- Display an innovative approach. A problem solver with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and pride whilst maintaining an efficient and customer focused service. General requirements:
