Key Accountabilities
- Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the park or at each activity
- Ensure that all customers participating in activities have a valid waiver, wristband (if applicable), are wearing branded trampoline socks and have no loose jewellery
- Ensure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for each activity and, if bouncing, ensure customers also complete the full warm up.
- Ensure that customers and other members of staff are adhering to the Company’s Health and Safety policies for each activity.
- Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed
- Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses and safety items are functioning properly.
- Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks.
- Attend to all injured visitors within your designated area and implement first aid as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures, including those for stock control and cash handling.
- Undertake training as required by the Company.
- Keeping accidents in the park to a minimum by enforcing the Company’s Health and Safety policies.
- Following the correct steps to achieve the mystery customer report results.
- Achieving sales targets set by management.
