Retail or vaping experience would be an advantage, but a positive attitude is far more important … everything else we can teach!

Working in our retail stores will require flexibility as shift patterns will vary week to week. For this role you will need to be flexible and available to work 2 days a week, including weekends in both of our Swansea and Neath stores.
This is a temporary role until 14th January 2024 but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Essential criteria:
Have a Customer first attitude and approach to workingSelf-motivated and willing to work alone or as part of a team
Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with customer queries and complaints
Excellent verbal communication skills
Competent at using a till and handling card and cash transactions
Reliable and Punctual
Willingness to learn and keep up to date knowledge on vaping products
