EU ATS (Amazon Transportation Services) is a high-powered creative team which is shaping the transportation planning and execution within the Middle Mile operations network.

Amazon Relay is a suite of technology products that enable Carriers to self-register online free of charge and find, book and execute thousands of loads within Amazon's European logistics network. It is a key enabler for several supply types within the EU ATS network.
The Amazon Relay Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will manage and execute end-to-end acquisition marketing campaigns to drive new carriers to relay.amazon.xxx (5 Domains). You will own developing the media plan for your channels to attract and acquire leads for a new business, building a MMM model that balances rigorously testing new channels and scaling efficient channels. You will own the development of reporting mechanisms, and will provide results, insights and optimization recommendations to drive business goals. You’ll own multiple paid marketing channels, including but not limited to search, SEO, and other paid media channels. You will need to think both strategically to build your plans, and work tactically to execute them. An ideal candidate has the ability to influence cross-functionally, providing new ideas to optimize marketing to support business goals.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage acquisition marketing media and execution across multiple channels;
  • Understand customer behaviours that trigger acquisition and create media plans that drive desired behaviours;
  • Develop compelling marketing campaigns with the creative team to help attract and engage our customers, including but not limited to: digital media content, video, and product launches;
Own a marketing acquisition reporting dashboard and create mechanisms to share performance with leadership and the broader business;
  • Execute a vision for the long- and short-term acquisition marketing roadmap;
  • Create process to enable scale while continuing to hold a high quality bar;
  • Champion bold and creative ideas and lead the exploration of emerging media channels to grow the business;
  • Triage marketing requests according to the business needs;
  • Leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies;
  • Plan and manage media budgets;
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the organization (e.g. marketers, international teams, product managers, customer insights, sales and BI).

  • Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
  • Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
  • Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Adobe Suite, Salesforce), with Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
