Casual Handyman/Maintenance Provider Belfast, Northern Ireland
Job description
We are an AIRBNB management company and look after lots of properties in the BELFAST AREA. Maintenance issues commonly arise and due to the hospitality nature of the business, need fixed promptly.
We are looking for a reliable individual with a car and freedom to travel from property to property as required.
Range of duties will include:
. basic handyman tasks such as hanging pictures/mirrors, fixing broken locks.
. basic electrical work such as fitting pull cords/light switches
. basic plumbing/boiler work
Due to the nature of the business, we will on occasion ask the successful applicants to carry out maintenance at short notice and on evenings/weekends. Special rates can be agreed upon for evening/weekend work.
There are no set hours but coming into the busy season we expect to have lots of work to give.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: Up to £30.00 per hour
