Please see more details about the company and our products on our website: www.kiezebrink.co.ukThe Role will involve:Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives of maximising sales from current clients, whilst also increasing new business.Maintaining and updating the online marketing plan for the website, including organising and overseeing marketing campaigns relevant to the business at that time.Manage and monitor all the business e-commerce, sales, social media and advertising platforms.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, website updates, and social media content.Identify new business opportunities and target markets.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing.Responsible for dealing with customer complaints regarding product quality issues. Record, investigate and resolve product quality issues when they arise.You will also be required to help with general office administration duties, including taking orders, invoicing and processing payments when necessary.Provide advice and product information to customers when required.Any other duties within the business as and when requested to support the efficient day to day running of the business.Attributes and skills we would really like you to have:High levels of understanding & proficiency in relation to eCommerce, digital marketing and social media.Strong and confident IT skills.Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.Excellent communication skills with both external customers and internal colleagues.Willingness to continuously learn and develop product knowledge base.Ability to provide ongoing feedback as well as reports to director.Can-do, flexible attitude to working within a small, dynamic business environment.Ability to prioritise and multitask.Knowledge and understanding of animal nutrition and the pet food industry will be beneficial.Can be flexible on working hours to fit around childcare or other commitments.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: £13.50-£14.50 per hourExpected hours: 25 – 35 per weekBenefits:Cycle to work schemeFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayNo weekendsAbility to commute/relocate:Barrow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: Marketing & Sales Executive.
