Position Summary:
The Marketing Program Manager carries out the seamless execution of the Program Management Excellence (PME) process and flawlessly oversees the creative development of campaigns and content. They are a key partner to global and regional integrated campaign teams, media teams, and global enablement teams and plays a crucial role in ensuring that localized campaign content is effectively extended across marketing channels to generate revenue.
The Program Manager possesses a strong understanding of campaign content strategy and its connection to activating paid media. They develop streamlined processes and bridge the gap between campaign strategy and tactical asset development.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensures the successful delivery of projects via the PME
- Works closely with Solutions Marketing Managers and the Product Marketing Director to onboard and deliver campaigns and initiatives from intake to upload to the Data Asset Management tool
- Collaborates with the Director of Program Management to prioritize projects and requests against business prioritize and potential request return on investment (ROI)
- Recommends process updates and optimizations
- Reports on status of progress of all projects at any given time
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- A track record of successfully managing complex projects or programs. Experience in B2B preferred.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. This includes skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying project goals, progress, and updates to various stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at different levels.
- Growth mindset, positive attitude, and authentic curiosity to learn new things
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $91,000 or more depending on experience

- Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
