This permanent role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a rapidly growing and highly motivated team. Due to the nature of the roles and responsibilities, you will be required to work from the office regularly with the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 times a week.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and engaging, with the ability to undertake a variety of tasks whilst working diligently under pressure. You will need to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail as well as discretion when working on people-related tasks. We will be expecting you to suggest & help implement new and effective ways to achieve better results.

The role
The role is both exciting and challenging; you will act as marketing support to our B2B Marketing Manager and will carry out B2B marketing exclusively for the agency across all our social media channels, events and PR. You will also assist in creating an office atmosphere in which the team can thrive through contributing to people projects led by HR and the Operations Director and assisting with daily administrative operations for Kaizen’s head office. The role will be split across 2 main areas: Marketing Activities (approx 80%) and people / office related tasks (approx 20%).
Key responsibilities
Marketing Activities
- Assist in the creation of the B2B Marketing & PR strategy that generates qualified leads, resulting in client acquisition as per our sales targets.
- Execute the Marketing & PR strategy across the following channels:
- Social Media
- External PR (Events, Guest Posts, Speaking, Awards)
- Content Marketing (Case Studies, Whitepapers, Creds Decks, Blog Posts)
- Email Marketing & CRM.
- Assist in creating regular performance reports for each channel to ensure lead acquisition targets are met and creating action plans where necessary to improve performance
- Organise and participate in events to represent and promote our agency
People and Office Projects
- Contribute to People related projects that will positively influence company culture as outlined by HR and the Operation Director, for example:
- Running team surveys to seek areas for improvement
- Making suggestions to increase team retention
- Proactively suggesting ways to improve the office
- Assisting with analysis of 15Five pulse data & associated recommendations
- Completing weekly office operations tasks to ensure the office is a space in which the team can thrive and deliver their best work including:
- Maintaining a clean and organised office appearance
- Proactively ordering and maintaining supplies
- Sorting & distributing incoming mail
- Assisting with organising events when necessary
- Greeting clients and team members and creating a welcoming environment
- Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues
About you
- Any previous experience within PR, communications or marketing would be advantageous
- Excellent English, both spoken and written and a high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Able to adapt communication to different stakeholders
- Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality related to People related tasks
- Self learner
- Have a clear passion for PR, marketing and writing
- Understanding of what constitutes a pleasant office environment and ability to create this through own contribution
- Receptive to instructions and directives, but also able to work on their own without supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A great team player
- Good Microsoft Office/G-Suite skills
