CW Fletcher & Sons Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can work as an integral part of our multi-skilled workforce.
The successful applicant will manage all inventory (e.g., raw material & consumables) within the Logistics department. Deliver on Company Manifests from all customers of CW Fletcher.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilites:
- Take responsibility of all deliveries in to the Company, which includes ensuring all deliveries are processed against CW Fletcher’s procedures.
- Using Company procedures create works orders and issue details in the Company’s ERP system.
- Manage all details and bought out parts sent in to the Logistics department and store and pack where applicable.
- Manage all purchase and sales orders through the Company’s ERP system.
- Using external Ceva, Siemans and Sellafield portals to create shipping orders for deliveries.
- Manage stock levels including re-ordering where necessary and highlighting any issues to the Logistics Team Leader.
- Use shop floor data management to assist with Planning and Production processes.
- To pack finished parts to CWF77, Data Cards and Rolls-Royce SABRe and standard work instructions.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain department in order to establish sub-con, collections and deliveries.
- Liaise with the Planning department in order to understand Company delivery targets.
- Liaise with the Production department in order to understand Company priorities.
- Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure they are informed each day of sales achieved.
- Arrange transport on currier portals e.g. FedEx & DHL.
- Ensure the administration processes within the Logistics Department are carried out and controlled.
- Carry out a stock check each year and then on a day to day basis manage the inventory.
- Maintaining a tidy and professional work environment and keep up with general housekeeping.
- Carry out additional tasks under the guidance and direction of the Logistics Team Leader, where required.

Skills, Experience & Qualification:
- Experience in stock management.
- Experience in the aerospace industry (Desirable).
- Experience in a manufacturing/ logistics environment (Desirable).
- Hold a Fork Lift Truck Licence (Desirable).
- Experience with an ERP system (Desirable).
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to apply a great deal of attention and accuracy for data entry and generation of documentation.
- Have strong planning and organisational skills in order to manage a busy work load.
- Ability to work well as an individual and in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Have good communication skills.
- Efficient IT Skills, including experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
