Marketing Operations Global Tech

One of the world's best known SaaS companies would like to appoint a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the EMEA B2B Marketing Team. You need to be a proficient individual in Salesforce.com, Lead Routing, and Analytics with a strong analytical mind to build Salesforce dashboards for sales and marketing managers and bring funnel operation to the next level.

Salary £62,000 per year payable weekly through PrincipleHR

Hybrid role state of the art office in Shoreditch London

Key Responsibilities:

Be the process owner for lead routing and delivery to sales
Ensure that SLA's are kept for lead dispositioning and management
Automate lead management processes wherever possible to reduce overhead
Monitor bottlenecks and proactively resolve lead routing / upload issues
Build Salesforce dashboards for sales & marketing managers
Bring funnel operation to the next level, bringing over best practices

What you'll need to succeed:

Work experience in Marketing Ops, Sales Operations, or interlinked functions, ideally in SaaS
You must have planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong experience with Salesforce.com. Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred
Experience in data visualization. Salesforce dashboards/reports required, PowerBI is a plus
Experience in Lead Management. LeanData certification is preferred
