About you:
We’re ideally looking for someone who has:
- Experience setting up or managing an agency / company delivering marketing to SMEs
- Experience recruiting, training and managing marketing assistants or VAs to complete work
- Is happy to manage client workload initially
Who are we?
The MSP Marketing Edge is the leading marketing provider for MSPs (Managed Service Providers) / IT support providers worldwide.
They sign up to our monthly membership and we provide them with all of the marketing tools and content they need to get new clients.
We currently have over 700 members worldwide.
Why do we want to set up this marketing agency from scratch?
The next big step for us is to help our members implement the content we provide.
That's why we'd like to set up a Done For You type marketing agency to do this and we're looking for a new Operations Manager to help us set this up and manage it ongoing.

This is a fully remote role. Most of our team are working parents and everyone is remote. There is no office.
It does not matter where you live or if you work around children or some other commitment. So long as you can easily achieve results.
You will definitely need to be available during the UK working day (9am to 5pm) Mondays to Fridays for meetings etc.
And most importantly, it’s a full-time position so you’ll have the security of an employed position.
