Job Title: Beauty Sales Representative
United Beauty boasts an extensive portfolio of cosmetic and retail products spanning both the nail and tanning industries. Both a manufacturer and distributor of professional quality cosmetic products, United Beauty is the proud home of renowned, celebrated brands such as Star Nails, Attitude, GelTouch and Gel Illusion.
Main Responsibilities:
To work with the Directors to prepare and implement the Sales & Marketing plan.
To manage a customer base of both wholesale and colleges to increase sales and develop customer awareness of our products and services.
To ensure that all relevant information is available to enable the orders to be input onto the system.
To promote and increase sales, ensuring all customers are aware of any current promotions and using these for up-sell opportunities.
Being responsible for your call plan and ensuring visits are carried out effectively.
To develop and implement customer sales promotions, calling and emailing each customer a minimum of once a month in line with the journey cycle or more frequently if required.
Responsible for the introduction of new product lines and promotions and ensuring they are listed in each account.
Ensuring accounts are sent literature for courses, price lists, posters etc. to maximise sales potential.
To develop the opportunities for range expansion and explore any other business opportunities within the accounts.
To identify new customers and promote sales of all our products and services.
To identify specific account needs or requirements.
To monitor and review sales figures and action accordingly.
To complete visit reports.
To liaise with internal departments to ensure accounts are serviced efficiently and effectively and orders are dispatched in accordance with UBP policy.
To attend company meetings as applicable to promote further sales.
Candidate Requirements:
You must have at least a NVQ level 3 in Nail Technology.
You must come from a beauty sales background, with at least 5 years nails experience.
Looking for a highly motivated person who can merchandise and expand the portfolio within existing accounts.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
Strong negotiation and selling skills.
Track record of developing sales plans and executing.
Highly competitive with a strong track record of success.
Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest beauty products.
Clean full Driving Licence.
Proactive, tons of energy, highly creative.
Graduate level education with at least 5years’ experience of B2B sales.
Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
IT literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
