Job description
A newly created role to ensure marketing operations processes are reviewed, optimised, implemented and followed as the marketing team and wider business enter a new period of growth.
Working closely with and supporting the customer data and performance manager and marketing team leads, you will implement best practices, and streamline and automate key processes, improving team efficiency and allowing other marketing team members to focus on adding creative value.
Owning the management and development of marketing operational frameworks, you will drive impactful change and enable growth by engaging, informing and influencing team members, wider business stakeholders, and external system/software suppliers on projects, processes and software implementation.
