Salary: £29,580 per annum plus London Weighting allowance of £3,344 if applicable
The Community Education team are part of Community Resilience and Crisis Response, and are dedicated to providing humanitarian education to children, young people and adults. Our aim is to improve the resilience of individuals and communities across the UK, so that they can cope in a crisis.
- Delivering multi-channel marketing activity, working with a variety of teams across the organisation, to promote community education products.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and internal colleagues and escalating key risks to the Senior Marketing Manager when appropriate.
- Working closely with the British Red Cross Community Education team to ensure that they have a positive customer experience and that their business needs are met through the effective delivery of the agreed activity, whilst developing excellent working relationships with all internal teams, external agencies and suppliers.
To be a successful Marketing Officer, you’ll need:
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with creative teams to create effective promotional assets.
- Project management and marketing experience.
- Ability to create reports, monitor budgets and produce high quality presentations.
- To be used to working in a fast paced, collaborative and deadline driven environment and have proven experience of working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- To be IT literate
