Job description
Marketing Manager - UK Responsibilities:
- Create and execute the overall business marketing strategy in the UK
- Lead the creation of world-class B2B marketing campaigns for all Meta’s marketing products (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, etc.) across our agency and brand advertiser customer base in the UK
- Ensure Meta’s representation at key industry events and conferences and close collaboration with key industry trade organisations
- Create and execute Meta’s owned events in close partnership with agencies and/or our events team
- Develop marketing materials and programs designed to enhance our advertisers’, agency partners’ and the industry’s understanding of Meta-advertising and -marketing
- Work closely with cross-functional to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches
- Define clear KPIs and develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive decision making and impact
- Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above
- Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 min. years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated capacity for developing industry-leading marketing strategies in a tech and/or advertising environment
- Knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries across the UK
- Established network across the UK advertising, media and/or tech industry
- Experience working with senior marketers at both agencies and global brands and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organisation
- Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing cross-functional teams
- Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, matrix environment operating with uncertainty
