Cloud Twelve is a one-of-a-kind high-profile wellness and lifestyle club in the heart of Notting Hill, extending over three floors with an interactive play and learn zone for families with children (The Kids Club), indulgent spa, luxury salon, nutritionally focused brasserie and a holistic wellness clinic.

Main Purpose of the role

Managing the promotion and positioning of the Cloud Twelve brand, to drive business development and to raise brand awareness through the creation of campaigns.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Please note that the below are general and other duties may be needed in order to fulfil the role.

Strategic Marketing:

  • Develop the marketing strategy in-line with the company’s objectives to achieve sales targets for the next 12 months.
  • Develop & oversee the marketing budget.
  • Answer marketing enquires and manage all marketing activity for the company.
  • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences and events.
  • Contribute to defining the comms strategy and plans for new products and new digital platforms, for public audiences as required.
  • Define Influencer and VIP Marketing Strategy.
  • Identify areas for PR activities.
  • Work closely with GM and team to develop new products/services as well as identify & improve KPIs.
  • Overall responsibility of brand management and corporate identity to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across all business unit touchpoints.

Marketing campaigns, events and other promotional activities:

  • Plan and implement monthly and seasonal promotional campaigns and events.
  • Create all marketing & PR material in relation to the marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of the relevant information across all channels – POS, social, newsletter, website, PR, staff etc.
  • Prepare online, print collateral & in-house marketing campaigns.
  • Make an effort to capture data and measure outcomes of these activities.

Partnerships:

  • Develop partnerships with relevant brands to facilitate cross promotion and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies such as brand and graphic designers.
  • Work closely with partners and suppliers.
  • Achieve 1-2 editorials a month, 3 bloggers/social media influencers a month as well plan 3 consumer events within the next 6 months.

Digital Marketing:

  • Review, improve and oversee the content of SEO, PPC and website.
  • Create content and generate engagement on social media (liaising with Social Media Manager)
  • Develop a targeted marketing strategy and create EDM in various forms including but not limited to a monthly newsletter.
  • Oversee Google AdWord Campaigns.
  • Oversee the monitoring of listings on TripAdvisor, Google and other public data aggregators.
  • Create, manage & improve lead generation campaigns and measure results.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze market & consumer trends.
  • Review and define existing and new loyalty and discount offerings.
  • Oversee and develop CRM and booking systems data capture strategy.

Social Media

  • Managing social media across all platforms, driving new business, engagement and website traffic
  • Content creation for platforms and scheduling posting
