MARKETING MANAGER

0.2 FTE or Freelance contract

£40-60K pro rata, depending on experience

WFH or office possible but once a month face-to-face touch-point in Oxford or St Albans

A bit about us:

Oxona Healthcare is a new type of private healthcare. We aim to offer accessible and affordable treatments for pay-as-you-go patients at a community level. No fusty consultants, big expensive hospitals or spiralling bills, just excellent healthcare at a fair and transparent price. All appointments are with our experienced team of GPs. We work from four locations, with permanent offices in Oxford and St Albans, and branch surgeries in Chipping Norton and Didcot. As a business, we are growing to bring accessible healthcare to more communities.

Job description:

  • Social media management
  • Content creation for social media
  • Management of Google Adwords and Meta campaigns working to budgets
  • Development of new marketing campaigns
  • Analytics and monitoring with monthly reporting to management
  • Management of the company website
  • SEO awareness and management
  • Writing blog content
  • Writing a monthly newsletter/flyers to patients and local GPs
  • Keeping on top of the latest trends and marketing practices
  • Helping ensure consistent brand messaging by collaborating with the wider team
  • Supporting management in developing brand strategy

Person specification:

We are looking for someone who can align with our values and is driven to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. We need a self-starter with demonstrable experience in this sector. Someone who can hold themselves to account and is solution driven. Attention to detail is a must. We need someone who can demonstrate and evidence their ability to support a small businesses in successful marketing campaigns. The role will involve managing the marketing budget and advising the board on marketing strategies and decisions.

Essential:

  • 8 years + marketing experience
  • Meta platform experience
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Content creation
  • MS office and Canva
  • A willingness to learn about this market sector

Desirable:

  • Degree or similar
  • Graphic design skills (flyers/ business cards)
  • Videography and/ or photography skills
  • Experience in medical/ health sector
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
