A great opportunity has arisen to join our Global Travel Retail Team at Edrington focusing on the Iconic “Breakthrough brands” portfolio. Reporting into the GTR Marketing Director, you will develop the Brands’ Marketing strategies in collaboration with the Global Teams and bring to life the plans via exciting 360 activations in partnership with the GTR multi-functional team. Through your strategic and marketing capabilities on top of strong commercial understanding, you will make a key contribution by delivering the full potential behind our brands, setting the organisation up for success in the years to come. This role will offer the opportunity to further develop your brand building, retail and commercial skills via the close collaboration with the entire organization, agencies, retailers to develop solid vision and plans for each brand. It will also develop your leadership skills, learning how to operate in a matrix and by leading one direct report.
- Development of brand growth plans & marketing strategies, planning of activations (calendar, sizing of the activations and recommendation on Brand investment across marketing mix)
- Collaboration with global team on marketing support, new assortment and range definition, toolkits for activations. Develop and design tools/ assets when needed.
- Co-leading with Retail team (global and GTR) the design and implementation of permanent and temporary instore designs.
- Working with Customer marketing and commercial teams to secure tools and plans are clear, realistic and effective to drive our brand success.
- Education & Training: co-Lead in adaptations of all brands educational modules and materials together with Global Education manager
- Ensuring calendar and activations are on time by work with Supply Chain via monthly forecast review.
- Digital & E-Commerce: with GTR Digital Team develop, plan and execute the digital strategy
- Insights: Working with Business Development Analyst and Commercial Finance Analyst, utilize market research /shopper insight and business reports to identify gaps, opportunities and growth drivers
- Management of the budget for the creation of the assets/ campaigns and guidance for the brands’ investment in the markets
