Marketing Manager (Part time)
Hours: Part time role of appx 20 – 25 hours per week (hours to be agreed)
Hybrid role
Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 FTE (pro rata for part time)

Job Purpose:
As a senior member of the team, you will oversee all areas of Marketing. You will be responsible for the marketing strategy as a whole, managing the website, launching campaigns, providing updates to other senior managers to ensure understanding of USP's and brand messaging, and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities:
· Growing and managing The Surrey Park Clinic’s social media presence, using strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and innovative campaign ideas
· Managing the production, scheduling and posting of content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Business, Pinterest & Tiktok)
· Managing all digital ads (Google and Meta)
· Managing overall marketing budget
· Managing all reporting metrics social media activities, providing weekly reports to the Clinic Director and provide insight on account performance across paid and organic social
· Developing a content calendar for the clinic to ensure a constant supply of relevant content across all central channels, including looking ahead at upcoming awareness months, weeks & days and which are relevant to the business
· Design (flyers, brochures, business cards, compliment slips…)
· Facilitating regular meetings with the Clinic Director to ensure best practice is shared and activities are planned to meet objectives
· Coordinating with our colleagues who help write content to schedule and review copy for socials, our website and our monthly newsletter
· Monitoring all locally published content, ensuring all content is brand, legal and clinically compliant
· Managing third party relationships
· Strategising with the management team to create innovative campaigns to boost interaction, grow our audience and improve community engagement. This may include research into new platforms/opportunities.
· Working closely with the Clinic Director to create and deliver marketing strategy
· Reviewing, managing and uploading new content to our website (projects, testimonials, blog posts)
· Organising photography / testimonials from patients for our website and social pages
· Act as a role model and proudly deliver our promise to patients and colleagues of excellent service with elegance, compassion and unfailing attentiveness
· Organise and record videos with our experts (Consultants, nurses, therapists)
Key Requirements:
Essential:
- In depth knowledge of establishing and managing successful organic and paid social campaigns
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to highlight insights and trends from paid media campaigns
- A digital storyteller, with experience in crafting compelling copy and developing content across a variety of visual formats
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms for both organic and paid activity
- Competent in data management and using systems such as Google Analytics
- Working to targets under high pressure situations
- Strategic and financial competence
Person Specification:
- 3+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in leading social media and digital campaigns across organic and paid social.
- A self-starter, commercially driven, results-focused
- Candidates must be well-polished, enthusiastic and demonstrate success in delivering to targets
- Experience in creating social media reports and updating the management team on performance, whilst including insights and learnings
- Capability in developing content for multiple digital touchpoints, including social media content, editorial and display
- Keeps up to date with developments and trends within the industry
- You will be a natural collaborator, excellent communicator, listener, problem solver and driving force to deliver good outcomes
- A strategic thinker with ability to provide and implement solutions, drive projects through to completion and deliver clearly defined results
- A confident presenter, with the ability to clearly articulate to and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to plan, manage and successfully complete multiple campaigns
