We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing and Administration Manager at Godlington Holdings Ltd, a small private equity company specializing in investing in high-growth companies with indomitable entrepreneurs. This position will encompass all manner of marketing and social media, as well as a requirement for a solid foundation of knowledge of WordPress and website management, editing and oversight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive new business opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate advertising and promotional activities across all platforms, including social media, print, and email channels.
- Create and manage webpa, curate and manage engaging content for websites and social media profiles.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and event invites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant media partners, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data, assessing results against goals and objectives.
- Provide direct support for WordPress website development and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and advertising.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaign management.
- Good understanding of website design, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
