Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager for our innovative startup, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. Our platform facilitates skill and experience swapping among individuals, enabling them to swap skillset, exchange goods and services without monetary transactions. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract a diverse user base and create a thriving community of swappers.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the executive team to establish marketing goals and objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify gaps in our delivery.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies to increase our target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Branding and Positioning:
- Develop and maintain a strong and compelling brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
- Craft a unique value proposition that communicates the benefits of skill and experience swapping on our platform.
User Acquisition:
- Create and implement user acquisition campaigns across various online and offline channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing, partnerships, events) to drive user growth.
- Optimize campaigns and budgets based on performance metrics to maximize acquisition efficiency.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community among platform users by planning and executing engagement initiatives, such as challenges, and online events.
- Actively participate in the community to understand user needs, feedback, and pain points, providing insights for product improvements.
Content Strategy:
- Develop a content marketing strategy that educates, inspires, and encourages users to participate in skill and experience swapping.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and user-generated content.
Performance Measurement:
- Implement analytics tools to measure and track marketing performance, user behaviour, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:
- Identify potential partnerships with organizations, influencers, and key stakeholders to expand the platform's reach and user base.
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers and partners to promote the benefits of skill and experience swapping.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 4 years in marketing, preferably with a background in startups or the sharing economy sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
- Experience in community building, engagement, and user retention strategies.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure and analyse marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with users and partners effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
- Passion for the sharing economy, sustainable practices, and a strong belief in the value of skill and experience swapping.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
