We are seeking a Head of Marketing for our London operation to develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan that aligns with our growth targets. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to drive user acquisition and retention, develop marketing strategies, grow and establish the brand and identify new growth opportunities. As a proactive problem solver, you will also ensure smooth day-to-day operations locally and with the HQ in Sydney (Australia).
Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver a comprehensive growth plan to meet our targets
- Develop and execute ideas to drive user acquisition and retention, working closely with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing (based in Sydney) and the wider marketing team to create a holistic marketing strategy across digital, email, socials, partner marketing, and content marketing channels
- Take ownership of growth initiatives and provide regular progress reports to the team
- Test new channels, segments, and campaigns to unlock new growth opportunities
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience across various channels
- Branding, campaign delivery, strategic communications and leadership
- Prior experience in a high-growth organization or start-up/scale-up environment is highly valued
- High energy, driven, and organized self-starter with the ability to adapt and focus on outcomes
- Strong customer focus and the ability to understand customer data deeply
- Ownership mentality and proven ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
