At Rosedene we pioneer early years experiences and deliver outstanding childcare to over a thousand families.
We are looking for a proactive, collaborative and creative Marketing Manager. This position is an integral part of Rosedene Nurseries to engage our existing families & employees; and attract new families.
This central role requires a skilled digital marketing person, who can build and execute exciting marketing plans; be the internal and external communicator – all focused on driving the business forward.
Responsibilities:
– Own Marketing planning (budgets, activities, timings) in-line with key company business objectives and initiatives
– Present, manage and accelerate Rosedene Nurseries Group as the leading childcare provider across North East
– Focus and delivery plan for new parent acquisition in target nurseries
– Create and support Managers in marketing activities
– Internal & External Communications; inc business updates and recruitment posts
– Delivering Marketing plans (including digital marketing activities (website, Email, SEO, social media) and reporting on channel efficiency
– Retain and strengthen brand reputation; looking for new opportunities to support; e.g NMT Awards; brand content; video; PR engagement
– Create engaging and up-to-date content for website and social media platforms
– Manage existing parents and focus on parent acquisition – including manage communications with parents and prospects
– Plan and execute the production of assets – brand content, banner, brochure, mail
– Own and organise event calendar; support Managers with events and resources
– Manage and drive partnerships with schools and community activities
– Manage and execute internal and external communications on business updates
– Provide insight to occupancy levels, with proposals to fill any gaps
Minimum Experience required:
- University degree
- 2+ years marketing B2C experience (customer marketing experience)
- Experience creating and delivering social content
- Experience in digital marketing and paid media
Our Head Office is based in Stokesley, with multiple nursery sites across the North East and North Yorkshire.
