Remote-first with team meetups once a week (or fortnightly) in Edinburgh.

A leading global provider of remote work solutions is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is less about the industry you've come from and the channels you've worked with. Instead, our client is focused on seeking a senior Marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset, capable of driving revenue growth through fresh, innovative ideas and effective leadership. You should be comfortable immersing yourself in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and getting things done without hesitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding the business's global mission and purpose in every decision, ensuring that their core values remain at the forefront.
- Driving global business growth as a key metric of success.
- Demonstrating leadership qualities, including determination, focus, and a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks.
- Taking ownership of a diverse range of marketing channels and initiatives.
- Adopting an entrepreneurial mindset by exploring innovative approaches while maintaining a focus on return on investment (ROI).
- Establishing and nurturing global partnerships to expand their reach and impact.
- Overseeing the implementation of our Giving Back strategy by collaborating with non-profit organizations in need.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role and/or industry as a leader.
- An inherent interest in B2B services, technology, and SaaS solutions.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual who consistently delivers on objectives.
- A strong passion for the business and marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and influential skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to challenge boundaries and embrace innovative ideas.
