This is an exciting opportunity to join the of the next phase of growth at LSL Capital as our Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Co-Founder and Operations Director, you will be responsible for enhancing the businesses online presence across digital platforms including our multiple social media channels and websites. You will be responsible for the end-to-end online communications for all of the business’s social channels and all other digital marketing activity.
The overall objective of the role is to build brand awareness, drive engagement and ultimately support an increase in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Ideate, create and implement all social media content and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain social and digital media presence.
- Create and optimise content for email campaigns.
- Closely monitor performance across all digital marketing campaigns, creating reports to assess ROI and agreed KPI’s.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise performance based on the insights.
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business.
- Photography & video content production for digital channels.
- Manage responses to online reviews across Google, Tripadvisor and Opentable.
- Create, manage and analyse paid advertising.
- Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets.
- Skills & experience required:
- Proven experience in digital marketing specialising in social media & content creation.
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing databases, email & social media.
- Experience working with Later and MailChimp.
- Highly creative & articulate with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of all social media platforms (including Facebook Business Manager / Facebook Ads).
- Strong analytical skills for reporting as well as competitor monitoring and social listening skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends, news and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated, team player, with the ability to build and maintain good trustworthy relationships.
- Creative, confident and articulate, outgoing, with an eye for detail.
- Able to stick to deadlines and able to think quickly and adapt to last minute campaigns.
- Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro.
- A thirst for all things data and digital keeping us at the forefront of new trends and content.

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
