What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring the KidZania brand strategy to life in all marketing communications channels, driving new acquisition and customer retention, supported by a Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Manage all social media platforms and email marketing campaigns, and keep the KidZania website content up to date to ensure clarity and consistency across these key owned channels.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Analyst & CRM Executive to act upon real-time data insights and sales performance reports, continually refining activity plans.
  • Create compelling content in collaboration with the Experience and Operations Teams, engaging children, families, and corporate ‘grown-up’ clients, to showcase our unique and valuable experience.
  • Capture the latest news by managing film/photography shoots, helping with press and brand partner visits and generally being hands-on when exciting new developments take place.

  • Experience in managing relationships with public and third parties, more broadly, fairly and with respect, without stereotyping or bias.

Essential Criteria

Previous experience in a similar role and within Leisure, Attractions, Hospitality, Entertainment, Retail

  • Natural-born marketer with experience in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer marketing role, ideally within the brand experience, hospitality, or leisure industries.
  • Experience updating website content on common CMS platforms with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Extensive experience in creating, scheduling, and optimising social media content across consumer and B2B platforms. You may not be a professional photographer, but you have an eye for great shots.
  • Proactive and organised with the ability to lead and work as a team, with initiative.#
  • Confident and personable, with ability to build strong relationships is at the heart of our business. Others are happy to help you, and you're known for your clear and upbeat communication style.
  • Proficient in using online email marketing systems to build, schedule, and report on regular segmented campaigns.
