Requirements of a Private Medical Insurance Sales Adviser
· Minimum of 2 years experience of selling Private Medical Insurance
· Positive, motivated and driven to achieve results
· Passion to go above and beyond for customers
· Pro active with a natural drive to succeed
· Experience of working in a targeted environment
· Cert CII desirable but not essential - We will pay for and support you in obtaining your CertCII upon completion of your probation period.
Responsibilities of a Private Medical Insurance Sales Adviser
· Follow up leads from high quality sources such as Compare the Market and Money Supermarket.
· Provide advice to customers on Private Medical Insurance products, balancing customer service with the drive to hit sales targets.
· To deliver on agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth
· To assess client’s needs and quickly and effectively deliver insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
· To ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service
· Through building effective relationships, ensure clients receive the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products
· Identify and respond to all up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Training requirments
If successfull you will be required to participate in a 4 week trianing induction. The first 2 weeks will be based from our offices located on the Gloucester Business Park in Gloucestershire. All accommodation and travel costs during this time will be paid for by the company. The final two weeks of training will be completed remotely.
Full Time Working Hours– 39 hours per week
Current operational opening hours are , 8.45 - 20.00 Monday - Thursday, 08.45 - 17.00 Friday and 09.00 - 14.00 weekends. . Shift pattern to be dicussed as part of application.
