Reddington Pub Company operates The Old Vol & The Reindeer, gastro pubs in the rural Nottinghamshire villages of Caythorpe & Hoveringham.
Each of our sites are renowned for delivering the very best of food and drink, showcasing seasonal menus using the best locally sourced produce.
Our pubs are stylish, comfortable and inviting serving superb ales, wines and cocktails, and most importantly - they're busy!
Music and some of our key food offerings take centre stage on specific dates throughout the week, with customers travelling from far and wide to experience our offerings, we always leave positive lasting impressions to our guests.
With a 3rd site already acquired and as part of the ongoing growth journey, we are now looking to add a new person to our management team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join our senior team at Reddington Pub Company.
This person will be an integral part of an ambitious Senior Management Team and will be joining the business at an exciting time in our growth programme.
Our sites are the topic of discussion for show stopping events.
Responsible for the over-all resort sales activity, developing new business, growing our market share by creating strong client and agent relationships and building our reputation across all sectors from corporate, agents, through to leisure partnerships, we are looking for someone who is an achiever – someone with high energy to drive all proactive sales activity for the group.
An experienced professional leader who will lead the division to great success, one that will lead by example and be part of the newly formed senior leeaderhsip team
You will have autonomy to build a strong team to aid the continued success of the sales division.
You must be able to demonstrate experience in leading, motivating and coaching a team, while creating a culture of sales focus that delivers strong revenue and profit growths year-on-year performance.

· A self-motivated, driven, results orientated manager with a proactive attitude.
· Displays high integrity and honesty.
· The ability to build relationships quickly, collaborate and work as a team.
· Strong commercial acumen.
· Exceptional attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned.
Skills & Experience
· Min 5 years within a B2B and B2C sales role, with a min of 2 years hospitality experience
· Can demonstrate experience of hospitality sales and transformational change.
· A proven track record of new business development and account management
