We are looking to hire an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our London team and lead Humatica’s international marketing efforts. Our marketing approach, with a focus on high-quality content and digital channels is driving increased international interest and business results with our narrowly-defined target segments. We need a professional marketeer who can take our strong foundation to the next level and drive inbound lead generation to accelerate international growth.

Your role:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target CEO and investor personas, their pain-points and
    decision-making processes
  • Define marketing and channel strategies, and tactics to increase Humatica brand awareness and lead gen with target personas
  • Define and lead successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Leadership and coordination of internal and external team resources to prepare and execute
    activities across the prioritised marketing channels
  • Work with our consulting team to curate engaging content for our website and blog that attract and engage target personas
  • Own a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, content curation, event management, PR, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analytics
  • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with private equity media partners and agencies
  • Prepare marketing budget on a yearly basis and on-going monitoring of costs and expenses
  • Collaboratively lead the yearly development of a marketing plan with specific measures, cost and dates as well as monitor on-going progress
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies as a quality gatekeeper
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, resulting insights and progress toward goals
  • Analyse the behaviour of target personas and adjust email and advertising campaigns for improved marketing effectiveness
  • Create high-quality content with Adobe Creative Suite for our website, social media posts and newsletter campaigns (templates with Humatica branding available)
  • Collaborate with partners in the DACH and Asia regions to support the development of international materials

Your profile:

  • Deep interest in private equity and organisational transformation with a high level of curiosity and desire to learn
  • Engaging and outgoing personality that is interested in building networks
  • Assertive leadership capability with a passion for organizing self-development
  • Proven ability to identify target audiences/personas and creatively develop and lead cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • 5-10 years experience in on- and offline marketing, preferably for B2B professional services
  • A good sense of aesthetics and eye for good design
  • Analytically literate, comfortable working with large data sets
  • Good written English editing skills including understanding for great copy and persuasive
    communications materials
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in the use of Wordpress CMS, Salesforce. Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn and social media platforms
