Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Passionate, strategic and experienced, Marketing Manager to lead our NEW trailblazing in-house Marketing team. The successful candidate will oversee and develop all aspects of Marketing, requiring a versatile and hands-on approach. Reporting to the Directors, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement a marketing strategy in line with business’ goals & objectives, focused on delivering results. Product and service ranges are varied and diverse, as are our client base. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple concurrent marketing strategies, with a focus on prioritising commercial sales/growth opportunities.
The Marketing department will work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, Creative (Design), HR/Careers and Systems/Development) to collaborate, facilitate and deliver results – very much a One-Team approach, so the role of Marketing Manager will involve continual collaboration and stakeholder management not only within the Marketing Department, but also with other department teams.
Requirements
- Collaborate with directors & sales management to identify marketing goals
- Plan, lead and deliver marketing strategy – with short, mid & long term objectives
- Oversee all aspects of Marketing, ensuring a coherent and consistent approach
- Develop brand guidelines, identity and tone of voice to be communicated internally and externally
- Oversee and manage all Marketing budgets
- Oversee all Social Media Marketing (providing guidance and direction to the Social Media Manager)
- Steer Website development -Marketing priorities and customer user experience,
- Content writing, copywriting, press releases
- Monitor and measure the success and ROI of content and campaigns
- Line manage all marketing team members, recruitment and training for new team members
- Oversee/project manage any Tradeshows, exhibitions of fairs
- Collaborate on Internal communications projects; HR- E-flyers, Newsfeed updates, Internal branding, Careers – careers page, social media, job fairs.
- Positively represent the company, developing relationships & communicating updates with the appropriate stakeholders internally and externally
- Oversee all PPC, SEO, understand Google Analytics reporting and channel data analysis.
- Direct, promote & communicate the brand voice & vision of EPH Creative
- Dynamically lead, inspire & motivate your team
- Enjoy collaborating across departments to produce effective and vibrant content

Full Time ( Part Time Considered) 30-40hrs, minimum 4 days a week
Commutable from Leeds, York, Harrogate (own transport required)
Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience with some flexibility for the right candidate
