My clients are the UK and Ireland’s premium professionals in their field and due to continued rapid growth are looking to recruit a specialist in email marketing to join their Marketing team.
Based in Chorley in a brand new state of the art, hi-tech business centre for digital and creative businesses.
The Marketing Manager is a crucial element to the growth of the business specialising in external email campaigns to both existing customers and a targeted new customer base.
As Marketing Campaign Manager you will have the responsibility of the weekly, monthly & quarterly content schedules, ensuring these are executed successfully, supporting all of their manufacturers, services & departments, alongside this you will guide the company’s marketing strategy. Within the role, holding a creative organised experienced lead in the development and execution of campaigns is critical, supporting in writing the copy, organising PR opportunities, giving visual direction for the web development, & managing the marketing team to pull together all of the strings to ensure a successful campaign (they focus heavily on lead generation to pass over to their AM consultants). Other key responsibilities will include presenting back success’ and developments on a monthly basis, & collaborating with the distribution network to provide them with all of the marketing assets needed to support their success too. You will be confident in liaising with the external companies who will support the marketing department, whether this is a freelance designer, tradeshow communication, a print company or PR agencies. These functions will all support the success of the department & make your job easier (most of the time).
As you can imagine, you will need to have excellent time management skills & feel confident in demonstrating initiative. All while keeping up with the face-paced environment & contributing to the overall culture.
You will not be alone in your marketing team, as you will also mentor and supervise the current marketing team and have full accountability for the productivity and efficiency of the content department. You will have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience of using adobe/canva, mail chimp & a CRM.
You will have the ability to demonstrate hands-on approach and who wants to be part of and instrumental to the growth of the business and its work culture. You will be an effective decision maker with excellent influencing skills, who is looking to constantly improve systems and processes, experienced in leading and analysing success & further developing strategies.
