Qualifications
- Experience growing of customer facing crypto product
- Be an exceptional relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with emotional intelligence, and empathy.
- Have experience in leading marketing function.
- Be a confident, inspirational, and collaborative leader, able to motivate, develop and delegate with authority.
- Be intellectually strong, resilient and tenacious. Willing and able to take, justify, and own decisions.
- Have good data analytical skills to drive the right strategies and tactics.
- Have strong commercial/negotiating skills
- 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience
