About the Opportunity...
Due to an increased demand on our Marketing Department, we are in a search for an outstanding Marketing Manager ready to join us at this exciting time of continuous growth.
Working from our offices in St Andrews Business Park (Norwich), this is an opportunity for individuals who are determined to succeed. The main scope of the role is to support the Head of Marketing with the day to day management of the marketing team. You will be responsible for content and campaign creation and delivery, social media, paid social, PPC, shows and more. From planning and delivery of email campaigns or photoshoots to generating creative briefs and reporting on KPIs, this varied role is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, motivated and looking to make a difference.
Who are we looking for…
You will be a highly creative and motivated person who is passionate about multi-channel marketing, has a keen eye for detail and a flair for imaginative content. We are looking for marketeers that have experience in rolling out both B2B and B2C campaigns across print, email and social media. You must have an affinity for brand and design and ideally have experience of product launches and exhibitions. The successful candidate will be digitally proficient, highly organised and motivated with experience of running a small, talented, multi-disciplinary team.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with great copywriting skills, and a solid understanding of data-inspired marketing. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of rolling out effective multi-channel campaigns, whilst managing external agencies and motivating the team to deliver on deadlines and achieve agreed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Roll Out and Development – developing a brief into multi-channel output, including print collateral, imagery, press initiatives and content creation.
- Social Media Growth & Performance – overseeing content calendar, shoot days, paid social and managing external agency.
- Workload Planning & Management – managing the day to day output of the marketing team on ClickUp to ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget.
- Content and Email Marketing – overseeing the email and online content plan to drive customer engagement and lead generation, through good HubSpot data management, SEO and goal tracking.
- Marketing budget management – reviewing and reporting on the departmental spend against the marketing budget
- Hubspot and ClickUp knowledge is a plus.
- Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency is preferred.
- Semrush, GA and SEO knowledge is a must.
