The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a multi-disciplinary team to drive the growth of our sustainable development services in emerging markets with a particular focus on climate and sustainability, cities planning and design, and economic advisory services. New positions will form part of a network charged with building strong relations with key clients – notably multilateral and bilateral donors, private finance, and the public sector.
Within this role you will be ensuring delivery of a range of marketing activities in support of strengthening our reputation in emerging markets and with international development clients through brand building and positioning to build a pipeline of work opportunities by fostering relationships with potential and existing clients and with relevant wider stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to develop a new marketing strategy and to collaborate with Arup’s wider marketing community in its implementation.
Is this role right for you?
You will develop the marketing strategy for the Emerging Markets and Development Clients Group and create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support the Group’s business objectives. Tasks will include:
- Developing messaging frameworks and value propositions for a range of services and target audiences
- Crafting compelling and engaging stories using a range of channels and mediums including web, social media and video to showcase our projects, expertise, people and thought leadership
- Shaping content and being responsible for event management delivery for online and in person events
- Securing industry speaking engagements for Arup experts and co-creating content for these events
- Working with our internal communications specialists to promote the work the Group is doing with Arup members
