They are working with fantastic brands and celebrity influencers from the UK, to USA and the Caribbean. In which you would have all expenses visits to these destinations for 1-2 weeks as part of your role.

They have 15 Years of experience with clients in 14 different countries
The ideal candidate will have experience working at a creative agency or in-house studio. You will be working across various video projects spanning different lengths and turnaround times. You’ll be working with some of our most high-profile and exciting clients, including a well-known luxury travel brand and some of the most popular social media apps.

Role:

  • We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, results focused and hands on; with a proven track record of developing and optimising marketing strategies and driving growth. You will be responsible for developing our marketing and communications strategy; building client relationships; publicising the agency’s profile and its work; managing and cultivating PR relationships and opportunities; supporting our external communications.
  • The Marketing Manager will be a highly knowledgeable, motivated and capable professional who, along with senior leadership, will understand Company objectives and construct plans and strategies to execute marketing strategies that deliver on our PR and new business targets. Also working closely with the New Business Team on the creation of new sales material and marketing collateral, along with creating digital content when required; managing internal and external resources.
  • This is a hands-on role to actively shape an agency and its ambitions. To be successful you will need to be determined, diligent, commercially-minded and an excellent communicator. You will bring with you a winning formula for marketing processes and strategies; ensuring that all marketing and communications activity is aligned and supports the overall business objectives.
  • You will need to be organised, self-assured, meticulous in your attention to detail, and a strategic thinker with high energy who naturally thrives in a fast-paced agency setup. Working independently and across our teams, you will consult on all aspects of marketing when collaborating across the business; offering advice, insight and education on the best approaches to optimise our marketing efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years agency experience working alongside business development//sales teams
  • Devising and supporting the internal and external marketing plans and strategies
  • Identifying opportunities to raise the agency profile/brand which will enable new client opportunities and build/reinforce reputation both internally and externally
  • Enhance our industry positioning through effective PR via industry body memberships
  • Representing the agency within industry organisations, attending networking and other events
  • Managing PR activities to achieve maximum coverage for the agency; figureheads, client wins, opinion pieces, news, culture, social, general PR, etc
  • First class copywriting skills – developing compelling stories that drive interest and emotion
  • Developing and implementing marketing communication plans to support the new business activities
  • Developing, creating and delivering marketing materials and funnels for multiple channels
  • Experienced in business development and income generation
  • Skilled relationship management; identifying prospects, responding to prospects and converting prospects into clients
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of strategic planning/success
  • Powerful influencing ability and gravitas for establishing and building empathetic and commercial
  • Highly collaborative working across all touchpoints of an agency; championing the skills of client teams and supporting them with strategy
  • A growth mindset with a focus on driving new business and organic growth

Responsible For:

  • Creating and driving our communications strategy
  • Creating and developing successful marketing campaigns
  • Writing compelling copy and PR materials for our website, socials and industry publications
  • Developing an award strategy and writing award entries
  • Responding to PR requests and pitching story ideas to journalists
  • Collating PR coverage and communicating PR reports to the team as required
  • Writing content for internal agency communications, including producing materials for the company website and socials
  • Writing press releases for new hires, new business wins and contributing to the drafting of thought leadership pieces
  • Assisting with any company branding initiatives, acting as a brand guardian as to how the company is represented and the assets used
  • Attending and helping organise any key industry and client events; working with events organisers, client contacts, guest lists, catering and invitations
  • Identifying external speaking and leadership opportunities
  • Collaborating with client leads and senior leadership on development of progress for new marketing opportunities
  • Identifying possible stories, current trends and thought leadership opportunities for the agency and its talent department
  • Attending client meetings and liaising with clients as required
  • Supporting new business strategies to develop our inbound and sales pipeline and helping to manage the new lead capture process; qualifying and prioritising opportunities
  • Supporting business development plans and translating agency objectives and targets into quarterly/annual marketing plans
  • Using an innovative approach to data analytics to create highly innovative marketing messages and solutions; improving response rates, conversion rates and ROI
  • Analysing and managing marketing budgets and financial information to make informed commercial decisions
  • Financial management of all marketing strategies; analysing and assessing ROI
  • Supporting the agency’s new business pitch process; managing and completing detailed prospective RFIs or RFPs
  • Providing strategic counsel for the pitch process and maintaining the agency standards
  • Developing marketing strategy for new business in new sectors
  • Supporting organic growth through business development and marketing
  • Supporting the refinement and roll-out of the new business development process
  • Providing thought leadership on client, business and sector challenges and opportunities
  • Increasing external awareness of the agency brand internally and externally through partners, press, media, client community, intermediaries
  • Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the advertising landscape and competitive activity
  • Presenting the agency’s USP and positioning the agency to maximum effect
  • Influencing prospective client engagement
  • Deep understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape
  • Being extremely well versed in the agency’s products, services and case studies to match both client and agency business objectives
  • Knowledgeable about the agency’s competitors and their market position
  • An ambassador of the agency and its work, products and services, promoting and representing the agency at every opportunity
