- Keeping diligent track of watermarked links and password protected video and audio
- Maintain marketing updates and timelines for meetings
- Work with Video Admin to ensure all new videos are logged and serviced to the project team and third parties
- Budgeting in Uniport; including approving quotes, raising POs etc
- Sourcing and ordering any merchandise or special items
- Ordering any POS needed e.g. flyers, stickers, posters
- Co-ordination of street teams on various projects
- Co-ordination of in-stores and other artist sessions
- Co-ordinating Planning Meetings
- Assist in, if required, TV and Radio ads
- Organising MPE retail blasts
- Creating assets for style/ albu
- Weekly updating of competitor release schedules
- Arranging travel
- Co-ordinating showcases with the Marketing team
- Booking cabs/couriers
- Ticket ordering for gigs on behalf of Marketing team
- Meeting visitors at reception for meeting team members
- Initiating new releases and videos at request of Product Managers & Marketing Director
- Liaising with marketing, designer, and artist/management to deliver, copy check, and facilitate approval
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Canvas promo quantities from TV, Radio, Press and Club Promotions
- Creation of affiliate, re-marketing links within Universal's Linkfire system
- Sales notes for album releases
- Work in conjunction with FUSE
- Making sure ad copy is delivered to advertisers, in conjunction with designers
- General administration (invoicing, filing, ordering stationery/CD stock)
- Data Analysis, reporting on streaming activity and play listing as requested by marketing managers within Universal's Artist Portal
- Maintain marketing campaigns in UmusicBox
- Oversee work experience
- Attend gigs; assist on facilitating after shows + showcases
- Ensuring that all Artists birthdays are acknowledged
- Any other reasonable duties as required by marketing team
- Passionate about music with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Desire to pursue a career within marketing, previous experience highly advantageous
- Proven experience of working effectively and efficiently under pressure in a calm and organised manner
- Knowledge of the streaming space, use of either Spotify, Apple Music or both
- Professional, proactive and flexible approach to work – ability to prioritise, multi-task & pre-empt problems before they occur
- Excellent track record of working to strict deadlines & maintaining a high standard of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally
- Team player able to work on own initiative
- Ability to deal with situations discreetly & confidentially
- Able to demonstrate a tactful and diplomatic approach.
- Experience in using in house computer systems and packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
