We are looking to expand our marketing team and are searching for Marketing Graduate.

The perfect position to further develop your skills within marketing, working within the award winning 5-star Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Support the marketing department to deliver exceptional campaigns
• Assist with the creation of emails, blogs and social media posts as directed
• Schedule social media posts across all channels
• Manage social media engagement by responding to comments and messages
• Manage department ‘in-tray’
• Create and update marketing documents and promotional materials, including menus, and inhouse documentation
• Create and edit content for campaigns
• Update and manage changes to websites, online listings, including image and copy
• Work collaboratively with wider organisations on marketing-related enquiries
• Understand brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
• Ad hoc marketing duties as required

Skills and Quals

• Hold a Marketing Degree/Relevant marketing qualification
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (desired)
• Experience of key social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Knowledge of WordPress, or similar CMS system
