HOURGLASS COSMETICS – Marketing Executive, UK & EU (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the UK & EU Marketing Team at Hourglass, sitting within the marketing & communications department. In this role, you will help to grow Hourglass Cosmetics' UK and EU presence through cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, inspire consumer engagement, and maximise commercial impact. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the marketing mix, including brand partnerships, digital media, influencer marketing, communications, and trade marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support implementation of marketing strategies across brand-led campaigns, including ideation, planning, briefing, execution, and review of campaign effectiveness.
- Work to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to expand our brand presence.
- Manage the local marketing calendar, as well as other key planning documents to ensure smooth cross functional working.
- Work closely with global international, brand, communications, trade and digital marketing teams, highlighting regional needs and sharing local insight.
- Establish and build relationships across the wider Hourglass teams and third parties to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop internal recaps to report on key successes and learnings across the various marketing functions and campaigns.
- Prepare creative briefs for producing assets needed for marketing and communications initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of, and regularly report on, competitor activity. Researching potential brand partnership opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing/ communications role within a high-growth environment, preferably beauty or luxury.
- Experience within a luxury, global brand, agency or retail environment.
- Strong awareness of Beauty/Luxury brands/emerging trends and overall passion for Beauty.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to independently initiate, execute, and follow through with projects.
- Organized: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a structured and detailed work schedule.
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently, and proven track record of bringing projects to successful completion.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication. Able to build relationships both internally and externally to work across various teams to execute ongoing marketing plans.
- Curiosity and problem solving.
- Ability to work as team member and support others.
