The successful candidate will use their understanding of the digital learning industry to define and execute effective marketing campaigns that will help grow our e-learning business lines. This role will be key in increasing website traffic and subscription volume through our GRC eLearning website.
As digital learning marketing executive for training, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering the go-to-market plan for our e-learning product portfolio;
- Working with acquisition, conversion and retention marketing teams to execute the plan;
- Working with marketing teams to design and execute creative campaigns that meet objectives on time and within budget;
- Working with product development teams to ensure products are set up correctly on our systems to track performance of pre- and post-launch sales and to ensure effective delivery to customers;
- Undertaking competitor analysis;
- Engaging with SEO, PPC and on-page conversions, email marketing and copywriting; and
- Ensuring marketing campaigns achieve the results set out in the budget.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrable experience of managing B2B campaigns from concept to completion;
- Demonstrable experience in marketing digital learning products;
- Demonstrable experience of taking new products to market;
- Experience selling via e-commerce platforms; and
- A firm grasp of marketing principles.
Experience working within the governance, risk and compliance space would be beneficial but is not essential.

Remuneration: Up to £32,000 p.a. depending on experience.
Basis: Full-time, permanent.
Location: Home based within the UK.
