We are currently looking for an Sales and Service Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Solihull. This role will offer hybrid working.

Role Responsibility
In the role of Sales and Service Coordinator you will be responsible for or the receipt of customer orders, accurate order input, monitoring the progress of orders and keeping customers informed.
As well as delivering exceptional customer service, proactively building and managing relationships to support the overall sales plan and Commercial Team.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales and Service Coordinator will have experience of:
- Excellent customer service with a proven track record
- Self motivated

- Effective use of questioning and listening to establish customer needs
- Able to build relationships and trust by providing solutions
- Clear and concise communication
