About the Company:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to take the lead on digital and onsite marketing. This role is a new position that will carry out a crucial role in the marketing department. We are looking for someone confident with all areas of digital marketing but also a thorough understanding of the traditional marketing required of a hospitality venue.
Byron and Mother Clucker are two popular restaurant brands in the UK, with locations across the country. Byron is an iconic premium burger brand heading into its 16th year. We offer high-quality ingredients and delicious burgers, while Mother Clucker is a fried chicken brand that serves up a range of tasty chicken dishes, from classic fried chicken to spicy wings. Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the website. Ensuring content is updated on a regular basis and is both, technically and stylistically, appropriate.
- Implementing the CRM strategy incorporating sophisticated e-marketing segmentation to deliver strong customer engagement and increased revenue.
- Working with external agencies on SEO and PPC campaigns in line with organisational objectives.
- Working with IT and Ops Teams on booking and other systems to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Supporting the Campaigns Executive and colleagues to implement wider organisational objectives and campaigns across digital channels.
- Proactively working with Deliveroo partners to best promote Byron & Mother Clucker within the platform and maximising all marketing tools at our disposal, as well as promoting the brands off app on other channels.
- Working closely with the Operations Team to provide any marketing collateral, including but not limited to menus, signage, way finding, for all sites.
Skills/Experience Required
- Proven experience of all areas of digital marketing
- Confident understanding and analysing data to evaluate business and marketing performance
- Confident with design and print production process

- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Thorough understanding of the needs of a hospitality business.
