The Elvetham Hotel :
The Elvetham Hotel is an elegant country house hotel in Hampshire, rich in history and set in 35 acres of beautiful gardens.
The hotel is one of the most historic sites in Hampshire entwined in the British Royal Family. The site can be traced back to as early as the 800's AD.
Today the Estate consists of 91 bedrooms shared between the Main House and The Stables, as well as four unique and flexible function rooms.
Role : Marketing Executive
You will be responsible for supporting Axiom Hospitality Marketing & Brand Manager, and Hotel Teams, in delivering the marketing strategy for The Elvetham Hotel and The Winchester Hotel & Spa. You will implement the strategic marketing plan for the hotels, including brand assets, digital, partnerships, tactical, creative and communications. Working closely with agencies to activate strategic marketing plans to drive strong ROI and track data analytics to measure performance.

What will I be responsible for?
- Manage hotels' social media accounts and content planning with regular initiatives
- Create online and printed collaterals meticulously in-line with brand standards
- Be a brand-guardian for the hotels, ensuring all assets and communication are in-line with brand standards and enforcing brand-alignment with wider hotel teams
- Partner with local suppliers and businesses and build relationships for cross-marketing
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Lead editorial requests and take ownership of media and influencer stays
- Managing production and performance of multimedia content
- Maintaining website and tracking data analytics
- Monitoring and allocating budgets
- Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising with appointed digital agency
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and strong ROI
- Prepare monthly reports on Marketing activities with detailed performance statistics
- Organise and attend events and open days
- Understanding the wider hotel business and keeping up to date with the hotel’s commercial strategy and promotions
- Understand the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand
Is this Marketing Executive role right for me?
- Minimum 3 years Marketing experience in hotel or hospitality-related business
- Demonstrate experience of developing detailed marketing plans and campaigns including project management skills, briefing, planning and execution
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of programmatic, meta and native online advertising
- Working knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- Ability to identify specific action steps, accountabilities and timelines for workload including able to hold self-accountable for achieving results
- Adaptability and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge
