Marketing Executive
Full Time (40 hours)
Sunderland AFC is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to form part of our internal Marketing Team within the Communications, Digital & Marketing domain.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
· Lead the creation of fully integrated marketing campaigns for products and services across all channels to drive sales and revenue growth, working with internal stakeholders as well as creative agencies.
· Manage the lifecycle of all Club campaigns – football and non-football – continually evolving and monitoring marketing plans and activity to maximise ROI.
· Delivery of email marketing campaigns, including ticketing, retail, hospitality and partnerships, and the continued growth of the Club’s email database.
· Manage the marketing calendar, including email, social and website, and work with the wider domain on prioritising and scheduling campaign activity.
· Gather insights from analytics and CRM tools to ascertain return on investment and monitor performance, applying findings to the overall marketing strategy and future campaigns.
· In collaboration with the Club’s communications team, oversee and generate content for the Stadium of Light’s digital platforms.
· Production of marketing and commercial content for publication across the Club’s digital platforms and print publications.
· Ensure user journeys are tailored and personal with the most relevant content served to each fan.
· Alongside the content and communications teams, develop and implement the Club’s mobile application engagement.
· Collaborate with other departments to with ensure the continued development of the fan engagement, matchday experience, partnerships.
· Act as primary contact for all marketing matters and requests – internal and external.
The position is full time (40 hours per week), the availability to work flexible is essential to suit business needs. Additionally, you are required to work all home fixtures and special events unless previously agreed with your manager.
