We're looking for an experienced and proactive marketer to join our team. We have exciting plans for growth that sees us steadily increase the number of outlets in Yorkshire and launch further developments in the Northeast. We have a wealth of experience in the housebuilding industry and a proven track record in delivering successful housing schemes.

As well as being an exciting role, this is a great tie to join our company as we commence the next #teamstonebridge chapter. This role will be based at our Head Office in Horsforth, Leeds.
Stonebridge Homes brand department is responsible for building awareness and delivering outstanding marketing communications for our successful business. every day you will work on different tasks including keeping our website and portals current (experience of CMS would help), our social media channels interesting and our emails engaging, whilst keeping up to date with marketing trends and working with colleagues to inspire and introduce innovative ideas and campaigns that underpin our brand principles. We work closely with colleagues in the sales department, and organising events, and generating ideas, is an important element of this role.
The ideal candidate will be a good all-around marketer with excellent working knowledge of digital and offline marketing. You will have excellent content writing and proofreading skills, a creative flair and a good eye for detail. Confident by nature, you will collaborate and help with internal and external stakeholder communications. A knowledge of video production would be an advantage. This is a fast-paced environment and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and can work as a team, as well as on their own (we offer home working of up to 3 days a week).
Working closely with the Head of Brand, you will be an integral part oft he team, delivering our marketing strategy to further build our brand and support the sales function.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a brand and marketing role and a background in house building would be an advantage, but not essential. Qualifications
- Experience in delivering marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, specifically written
- Creative and innovative in approach
- Good working knowledge of marketing tools, specifically online
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively
- Good stakeholder management skills
