The role:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive who possesses exceptional organizational skills, a creative mindset, and strategic thinking abilities. You will work within a small, dynamic, and enjoyable team, and must be adept at multitasking and communicating effectively with your colleagues. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and has a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments across Instagram and TikTok, as well as a strong appreciation of luxury fashion. This hybrid role entails managing our marketing calendar and social media.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing calendar and support with the planning and execution for all marketing channels: Instagram, TikTok, email, blog, homepage, LinkedIn
- Create & post daily social media content (including daily Instagram Reels, stories & TikToks) that align with our brand & drive sales, including both imagery & video
- Monitor social media metrics including follower growth, impressions, and engagements, traffic to site and sales across Instagram & TikTok - weekly & monthly reporting
- Oversee content creators and brief in required content to align with marketing calendar
- Own and plan our photoshoot content in tandem with our Ecommerce Executive, sourcing models, direction to model & photographer, create plan for type of content we are capturing
- Strong copywriting skills for social media and website
- Support our influencer marketing strategy by communicating with our PR team & store team for influencer appointments
- Manage Marketing Intern who is actioning on content creation for Instagram & TikTok and blog writing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years marketing experience
- Exceptional communication skills - written & oral
- Comfortable reporting on data & interpreting and presenting to key stakeholders
- Proactive in complementing work & asking questions and understanding processes
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and be highly time-efficient
- Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of luxury brands and fashion trends a must and experience working within luxury fashion a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hybrid: remote with some in person work: Battersea once a week, Chelsea once a month & shoot on location once a month
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to review and interpret marketing results and insights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
